Exchange & Return PolicyAll Art Print and Framed Art Print sales are final. We are not able to offer refunds or returns as all prints are "made to order". We do allow exchanges within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery for prints and framed art prints in undamaged conditions. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange, paying any difference in price.

Cancellation PolicyAll Art Print sales are final. Art Print and Framed Art Print orders can only be cancelled if the print has not been printed yet, as all orders are "made to order". Prints are sometimes printed immediately so there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel your print order. 

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen PolicyAny damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork/frame arrived in. Damaged, lost, or stolen frames and/or framed art prints will be replaced. No refunds will be given.
